Our Leadership Team
Billy Jack Pierce is a Business Development Manager at PLC Chemicals, where he has been contributing to the chemical industry since 2003. With extensive experience managing the Central Texas, East Texas, Northwest Louisiana, and Southwest Arkansas regions, he brings deep expertise in both production and midstream chemical treatment. Passionate about fostering client relationships and driving business growth, he focuses on specialty chemicals and industrial chemicals. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and participating in his local church community.
Chad Pierce is an experienced oil and gas professional with two decades in chemical program management and 7 years specializing in H₂S gas treatment through the application of ultra fabs. He brings deep technical knowledge in production chemistry, H₂S mitigation, and field‑level troubleshooting. Chad is known for his hands‑on approach, strong operational awareness, and ability to keep systems running safely and efficiently in high‑risk environments. His background includes chemical program design, performance monitoring, and solving complex treatment challenges across diverse oilfield operations.
